Survey

We coordinate the physical in-house or virtual survey of your household goods, provide you with a actual volume, on the one hand we know the actual volume of your shipment which is helpful to give you the accurate quotation by LCL or FCL, on the other hand our sales will give you some helpful answers to your current questions and worries.We communicate with you every step of the way.

Quotation

By taking the volume we surveyed, your case actual situation,we'll update you our formal quotation at once.

Contract

Besed on the survey info, we send you the formal quotation.After you confirm our service,then both sides sign the international moving contract at least one week in advance

Packing

On the packing date and time you wanted, our truck, labours with supervisor will be there on time.Our workers will choose suitable packing materials and methods based on the shape and volume of articles to provide the most proper and the safest packing. At the same time, our supervisor communicate with you, prepare the list of articles, mark items, the cartons will be marked with your name, as well as destination etc.and check actual number of packages and volumes,your shipments will be drawn to our warehouse after packing.

Declaration/Booking

We will send them to Shanghai customs to declare legally with valid documents,after that, our sea operator will arrange booking shipping vessel.Then arrange professional trailers to move your shipments to the port of loading and load them to the vessel, waiting for the sailing date to go.

Clearance Once your shipments left, we'll send all the necessary documents we collected here to our long-term partner in your destination, then they will go with them at the destination customs to clear your shipments in time.

Delivery

Our partner will contact you by the contact info we sent before to ask when you are available to deliver.The agent will deliver the goods, including the unpacking, unwrapping,simple installation,and set-up of your household goods and personal effects.
